Registration for the Fall 2012 season will be held at the Niles Wellness Center July 21, 2012 from 9 am to 12 pm and on July 28, 2012 from 9 am to 12 pm. Here is the fee structure for the 2012 Fall season:
Team registration- $125
Player registration- $18 per player
Coach registration- $20 per coach
Director of Coaching registration – $30 one per community
Team registration fee is due at the July board meeting. Player, coach, and DoC fees are due when you register your teams at one of the dates listed above.
Late registration will go into affect on August 25, 2012 any players or coaches added after that day will be charged double the fees listed above.
Referee Fees for 2012:
U09/U10- $10 per game per team
U11 and up- $30 per game per team
All referee fees are to be paid to the referees when they arrive to check your player passes.
